Πλοκή

Ένας μουσικός της τζαζ ανακαλύπτει μια μυστηριώδη πέτρα, που γίνεται αιτία να ερωτευτεί τρελά μια νέα ηθοποιό, αλλά και να γνωρίσει τη “συνείδηση” με τη μορφή ενός αινιγματικού δόκτορα, ο οποίος τον ανακρίνει.

Η ταινία είναι διασκευή του θεατρικό έργου Pandora’s Box του Frank Wedekind.
